The UDC Gerontological and Geriatrics Research Group collaborates with La Milagrosa Gerontological Complex in the Active Aging program, which is financed by the Excma. Diputación of A Coruña through its calls FOIE and FOAXE/2020, and tries to improve the quality of life of the institutionalized older adults through different techniques of intervention, physics (multi-component physical activity, physiotherapy, …), and mental (multisensory stimulation, group therapies, …).
